KYC documents submitted by tenants (e.g., government ID) for identity verification with the PG/hostel owner.
Payment-related information: payment screenshots and status shared with the PG/hostel owner for rent verification. We do not store card or bank credentials.
PG/room/occupancy details entered by owners.
Device and usage data for app functionality and crash reporting.

2. How We Use Information

To operate core features: onboarding, KYC, rent tracking, notifications.
To let PG owners and tenants coordinate within a shared PG/occupancy.

KYC and payment information submitted by a tenant is shared with the PG/hostel owner they are associated with, for verification purposes. We do not sell personal data.
